Qiana is an ABA therapist with KGH. Qiana received her Associate’s degree in Child Development from Malcolm X College and her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Governor’s State University. Qiana is hoping to pursue a Master’s Degree in Behavior Analysis with a concentration in Autism to become a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst. Previously, Qiana has worked as a job coach for people with disabilities, a paraprofessional, a nanny, and an early childhood teacher. She is a licensed Illinois Substitute Teacher and Paraprofessional. Qiana’s experience includes serving children and adults with disabilities across various ages and settings. In her free time, Qiana enjoys reading, dancing, hiking, and traveling with her son. Qiana is passionate about educating others about Autism and serving young children because she feels lucky to be a part of children’s lives and solving the puzzle of ASD.
